Mami Sakura was once an ordinary junior high school student until she unexpectedly gained supernatural powers. With the help of her childhood friend, Kazuo Takahata, she investigates and resolves mysterious events.
Using her psychic abilities, such as telekinesis and telepathy, Mami comes to the aid of those in distress. When she senses someone in need, she activates the "Teleportation Gun," a heart-shaped brooch designed by Takahata, to transport herself to the location. This teleportation is triggered only when a projectile is flying toward her, making the locket a portable gadget that allows for controlled teleportation rather than random occurrences. Her telekinesis is remarkably precise, enabling her to extract cancerous cells from one of her father's art critics. Additionally, her telepathy grants her access to people's thoughts and dreams.
